LOLG Removes CPL Obtained Without Notice

After a competing purchaser obtained a certificate of pending litigation for a parcel of land without notice, Rocco DiPucchio and James Renihan successfully moved to have the CPL discharged only a week after it had been granted. The discharge cleared the way for LOLG’s client to continue with its acquisition of the property, a parcel of development land in the Windsor area. The decision can be read here. Valente Property v.
